And again... we did it.... 20000 laundry bags...

Short post tonight but huge news.  

Another huge milestone was achieved this week! 

We have now sent or presented over 20000 laundry bags in 7 years!

20000 laundry bags!!!  

Assuming we use 55 inches of cord for every laundry bag that equals 1,100,000 inches of cord. 

If we use 80cm of fabric for the outer part of the bag then 20000 laundry bags has used 16000 meters of fabric...  phew.. I am glad I have not had to cut those all out myself.

What 20000 laundry bags really means is 20000 thank you for your service messages to our troops... to our sailors, soldiers, airmen and airwomen.  

Twenty thousand tangible reminders that the service of our defence family is appreciated.
