I have just received an email from the Ships Warrant Officer on HMAS Arunta which says in part.....
Hi Jan-Maree and
Aussie Hero Quilt's Team;
As you will be aware the crew have started receiving
the quilts and we (the collective we) are humbled and extremely thankful. The
CO has asked me to forward copies of our previous newletters which some of your
team may like to share. They provide an insight in to our preparations for the
Middle East in addition to life at sea and associated travels. Due to the size
of some of these documents they will come via individual e-mails, these are
sent to Family and Friends of the ship, you are certainly part of that.
