Greetings to all readers...those who make and send Quilts and Laundry Bags,

and those who support Aussie Heroes Quilts in other ways,

and those who just love to see what is happening and to thank our Aussie

Heroes for their Service.  

If you're a little nervous about making a big Quilt then consider either making a Laundry Bag and there's a great Tutorial to help with that on the Blog, or

maybe even make a patchwork block or two using the Tutorial.  

Remember,  Jan-Maree says "they're gifts of the heart and not works of art".  

So, let's look at some of these "gifts of the heart".  

Thank you to each one of you who has contributed.

This year so far we have sent off 606 quilts

and that has brought our total since we started to 

more than 10,741 quilts.

We have also sent off 1,090 laundry bags,

bringing our total since we started

to over 21,238 laundry bags
