Weekly Dispatches 20 April 18

Hi all from Canberra. Shelley was tied up with family so I am back to doing the blog for this week.

I am down here for ANZAC Day and a few other catch ups and meetings, with a dinner or three thrown in as well.

On ANZAC Eve I will be attending a dinner at an RSL as the guest of a friend of mine, one of our earliest recipients, who is the guest speaker that night.   What a special privilege that will be.

As you probably know I will be taking part in the March on ANZAC Day, a pretty special experience too.   I hope you all have something planned for ANZAC Day too, even if it is a simple private commemoration.

For now, sit back, grab a cuppa and enjoy perusing the gorgeous quilts and laundry bags that have been sent off this week.

So far for 2018 we have sent off 460 quilts

Bringing our total since we started to over 8,875 quilts

971 laundry bags for the year so far

which brings us to a total of 17,511 since we started
