Crib Point Community House had a lot of fat quarters and
pieces of fabric donated by a Defence person, whose relative passed away
recently. They joined all the fabric together to make one long roll and then cut
it into lengths suitable for laundry bags, so as you can see by the photo they
are multi coloured bags. The lining was
also donated by a wife of a serving Navy person.
Seeing that the fabric came from defence personnel, the
ladies decided to make laundry bags. They managed to get 34 out of the scraps of fabric.
Woo Hoo, well done ladies! Awesome effort!!
Cheers
