Happy Mail 17 June

Hi all.

I am writing the Happy Mail post this week as Caroline is snowed under with preparation for the Craft and Quilt Fair.  She has lots of mail but has not had time to photograph it all so rest assured it will be up next week.  In the mean time here is some of what has come into my PO Box.

Yesterday I received this awesome huge parcel of laundry bags.  These all came from the Hamilton Community House in Victoria.   Thanks muchly ladies.

For anyone planning to send off a box of laundry bags, whether to me or direct to an overseas address, please include a note inside each one. It does not have to be a hand-written note but a simple note telling your recipient who you are and why you chose to sew for us. Include your email address or at least mine, so that your recipient can thank you (but please don't expect to hear from everyone).  Make sure you put your notes INSIDE each bag as the people receiving and handing out the bags are really busy, working long hours and they do not have time to be photocopying notes and inserting them.  We need to do that for them.

June sent in this bundle of goodies, some quilt tops and laundry bags.

Finally some great blocks of the month from Kaye G

Thanks so much for all these goodies.

Till next time..................keep spreading the word and happy stitching!
