Hi all,
Hello! It’s Monday and here’s this week’s Request List.
This week’s list is a little shorter so let’s see if we can get these
quilt requests completed and sent off to happy recipients! We do
however have an ongoing call out for laundry bags, particularly to support
those ADF Members deployed on Covid19 duty. Let’s get sewing!
If you’ve not sewn an Aussie Hero Quilt before but would
like to give one a try here’s the link to the Instructions on the AHQ blog >

labels maybe handwritten on to fabric with a pigma pen, embroidered if you can
manage that or we do have a wonderful
AHQ volunteer who can assist providing these.

Continued thanks goes to those of you who’ve sent through
messages of “good luck” and “well done” to the new admin team supporting
Jan-Maree. We all appreciate your
friendly contact. It is our pleasure to
support you. We continue to improve our game, coming up to speed to support
you, the extraordinary AHQ volunteers, to facilitate the amazing contribution
you are making. Request List, Gratitude Posts, Weekly Dispatches etc will all
continue and likewise, we will continue to value your support of AHQ and those
whom AHQ supports.

Requests 5 – 16 are our priority quilts this week and need to be in the mail by 18 August or earlier, thank you. Can you help with these?
The post by date for all items on this list is 31 August please. If you cannot make that date, please let me know.
PLEASE note the date and let me know if you have any problems getting your quilt/LB away on time. In fact, if you are going to be late posting it please let me know BEFORE you post it. Also, if this time frame is too tight for you, there are options, just email me to discuss.

LBs for the ADF members supporting our battle against COVID-19. You will need to post these at your own
expense - thank you. The most economic way is using a pre-paid satchel. You
can fit 5-6 in a large satchel or 12 in a XL satchel. And we need MASCULINE or GENDER NEUTRAL
