Just to let you know that the next sewing day in our new venue, Hobbysew Top Ryde, is scheduled for Tuesday the 14th of April from 10am to 3pm. The shop is located on level 2 of the Top Ryde Shopping Centre, near the Myer Entrance in the Car Park. Enter through Pope Street or Tucker Street upper entrance. BYO machine and lunch. Cost is $5 which includes coffee or tea and use of the facilities. Please note that parking is free if you bring your parking ticket to Hobbysew.
These sewing days are run by Evelyn and I hear they are lots of fun. Hope you can make it.
The next sewing day in Penrith will be just before on Saturday the 11th of April same times as above and just the same BYO lunch and sewing machine. We meet at Penrith Patchwork which is on Henry Street but there is plenty of parking out the back.
All materials are provided and sewing is simple - making laundry bags in Penrith and putting blocks together into quilt tops at Top Ryde.
