One single solitary day left to post.
Is anyone planning to scrape in at the last minute?
Stephanie managed to finish sewing these two laundry bags in time to add to her two quilts and get all in the mail today. Now she is working on more tops ready for Christmas.
And more mail came in today!
I received a wonderful big box in the mail today from the lovely Sue N. Look at all this fabric she has donated! Love those camo fabrics - they will be a lot of fun to work with and there is lots of each!
Sue also sent this single bed doona cover - this will be great cut up into big pieces and added to a quilt top! It is folded over double here.
And these are the fabrics that Gail delivered on Wednesday while I was out. I finally had a little bit of time to fold them today and I just wish I had time to count the meters - these lengths are a really healthy length! At least a couple of backings in each piece.
I have to tell you that the lovely Warrant officer's wife sent me a bundle of gorgeous girly fabrics to play with but they are sitting where they were hurried dragged from the satchel on Wednesday. I haven't had time to get back to them yet - that is a job for next week.
Singleton Quilters are madly stitching away to make their goal of 60 quilts.
Here are another ten of their lovely quilts.
What a lot of great quilts and what a lot of work. Can't wait to see them all!
Till next time....................keep spreading the word and happy stitching.
Pieced the special request top today and hopefully can send it as soon as finished direct to the person?
