In recent weeks it has become apparent that multiple people have not been receiving the request list emails that we send out via Mailchip on Mondays. I had thought it was only affecting a couple of folk but I am now learning that the problem is much bigger than that. It seems that lots of folk have not told me of the problems they are having.
I want to get a clear picture of what is happening. It seems that this might be a symptom of the steps some providers are taking to safeguard email customers from scammers. This is just an assumption but it seems to fit.
I am not sure what we can do about this but in order to investigate what is happening we need to know what we are working with. If you have not been receiving the Request List via email can you please let me know. Please email me via friendsofAHQ@gmail.com
At the same time, if you are not receiving the blog posts via email can you please also let me know.
Hopefully, one way or another, we can get to the bottom of what is causing this problem and can rectify the situation.
