Weekly Dispatches 22 September 2017

Hello to all you Sewing Wonders!
I hope your week has being going well and that you have great things planned for this weekend.
My husband and I have the hugely important job of baby sitting the hairy Grand Dog this

weekend.
Henri the French Bull Dog has become a large part of all of our lives with his antics, silly face and rolls of loose skins.
As he is the much loved dog of our sailor son, it is a very important job.
Your weekend may be more interesting!

So far for 2017 we have sent off 1322 quilts

bringing our total since we started to over 7,965 quilts
&

2596 laundry bags for the year

Which brings us to a total of 15653 since we started...

A real group effort this one- Rachel, Gail, Bridget and Jan-Maree

This week would have been my Mum's 90th Birthday if she was still with us. She was a great lady and I do miss her.  She would have loved all the marvellous sewing and designs that you all produce.  What a great week of work again.
It's going to be a hot weekend here in Sydney, so don't fry!
See you round, like a rissole
Shelley
