Meeting with the Chaplaincy Course

On Thursday I had the pleasure of meeting the chaplains on the latest Chaplaincy Course in order to tell them the Aussie Hero Story.  I work with the chaplains a lot as they deploy but they are also involved when members are injured or, sadly, killed as a result of their service.

I also presented personalised laundry bags to each of the chaplains to give them a little taste of Aussie Heroes.  A laundry bag is also a great visual reminder of the existence of Aussie Heroes.   The bags are also to let them know that we appreciate their service.  In six years of running Aussie Heroes I have come to understand how much is asked of our Chaplains and how much they give.

These are the bags that were presented, and I must say, which were received very gratefully.
